My mental health therapy services are human first. No jargon. No judgement. Just real help.
Who I Work With
I work with adults aged 18 and over. Your therapy is tailored to you. And remember this. You do not need a diagnosis to start. If you are struggling, we can work together to understand what is happening.
Here are the areas I have experience with.
Depression
Depression drains mood, motivation, and energy. It brings low self esteem and hopelessness. Routine falls apart. Habits slip. CBT helps you re engage with meaningful activities slowly and steadily.
You hold negative beliefs about yourself. Past experiences shaped them. You feel not good enough. CBT helps you build a kinder, more balanced view of who you are.
These are deep beliefs like “I am unlovable” or “I am worthless.” They run in the background. CBT brings them into the light. Then we gently challenge and change them.
Domestic abuse is control, coercion, threats, or violence from a partner, ex-partner, or family member. Survivors are three times more likely to develop mental illness. I offer a safe space to heal.
GAD is constant worry about everyday life. You feel tense, restless, and mentally exhausted. CBT helps reduce worry and build tolerance for uncertainty.
Unwanted, shocking thoughts or images pop into your head. They feel frightening. But they are common. CBT helps you understand them and take away their power.
Fear of being judged or embarrassed in social situations. You avoid people or monitor yourself closely. CBT reduces self-focus and builds real confidence around others.
You worry constantly about your health. Every twitch feels like something serious. You seek reassurance again and again. CBT helps you stop that cycle.
Flashbacks, nightmares, avoidance, and emotional numbness after trauma. CBT helps you process what happened safely. The ongoing impact can reduce significantly.
Intense fear of vomiting. You avoid certain foods, places, or situations because of it. CBT helps reduce that fear and gives you back a sense of safety and control.
